Ateliersaucier.la offers a BORROW program where you can rent linens. The minimum order size is $150, excluding additional fees like enhanced coverage, folding, shipping fees, delivery charges, or sales tax. The rental fee covers the price of the linen as well as all washing and processing. The standard rental period is up to three days, and if the linens are not returned on the scheduled pick-up or return date, your order will be assessed a $50 extended rental charge per day.
They also offer customizable linens and design services. From fabric choice to stitching, custom embroidery, finishing embellishments, and more, they can create one-of-a-kind napkins, runners, cocktails, and more.
Here are some standard dimensions and pricing for their BORROW linens: - Napkins (19″ x 19″): $3.75 each - Runners (15″ x 52″): $15 each - Runners (22″ x 120″): $35 each
For custom orders, a minimum of 100 pieces per style is required. The standard lead time to ship is 4-6 weeks, based on the level of customization. A 50% deposit is required to initiate production. Ateliersaucier.la accepts payment via ACH or check. However, payments made via credit card or PayPal will be subject to a 3% processing fee. For wholesale partnerships, they prefer payment via ACH or check. If you choose to pay via credit card or PayPal, a 3% processing fee will be applied. When it comes to custom projects, the same payment methods and processing fee apply. Please note that shipping or delivery expenses will be billed to the client on the final invoice.

Ateliersaucier.la has both a Shipping Policy and a Return Policy.
For their Shipping Policy, your order information, history, and delivery status are accessible upon signing into your ATELIER SAUCIER online account. All domestic packages are shipped via UPS or USPS within the United States. Orders placed via their website will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Please allow 5-7 days for Standard shipping, dependent on delivery location and its proximity to their Los Angeles Studio. Express delivery options are available. For Overnight Shipping, orders must be placed by 12PM PT, for same day shipment. Orders placed after 12PM PT will be shipped the following business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. All orders over $75 will qualify for complimentary Standard shipping. They currently ship to the following international countries via their website: Australia, Canada, Germany, Mexico, United Kingdom. If you are interested in ordering items for delivery to another country, please email bonjour@ateliersaucier.la and they would be happy to provide a shipping quote and handle your order directly.
For their Return Policy, ATELIER SAUCIER accepts returns of domestic U.S. orders. Product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and received within 15 days of sale. Returns are not accepted on international orders. Embroidered or custom items will not be accepted for return or exchange without appearance of a clear internal defect. They are happy to provide a prepaid return label, and will deduct $10 from your refund total. Once your return is received, please allow up to 7 business days to process your refund.
