Ateliersaucier.la accepts payment via ACH or check. However, payments made via credit card or PayPal will be subject to a 3% processing fee. For wholesale partnerships, they prefer payment via ACH or check. If you choose to pay via credit card or PayPal, a 3% processing fee will be applied. All domestic packages are shipped via UPS or USPS within the United States. Orders placed via their website will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Please allow 5-7 days for Standard shipping, dependent on delivery location and its proximity to their Los Angeles Studio. Express delivery options are available. For Overnight Shipping, orders must be placed by 12PM PT, for same day shipment. Orders placed after 12PM PT will be shipped the following business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. All orders over $75 will qualify for complimentary Standard shipping. For their Return Policy, ATELIER SAUCIER accepts returns of domestic U.S. orders. Product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and received within 15 days of sale. Returns are not accepted on international orders. Embroidered or custom items will not be accepted for return or exchange without appearance of a clear internal defect.
